1. Subscription Duration and Payment

• The subscription to CargoAdvisor Business is billed per each profile as an annual subscription, with a term of 12 months from the date of your initial payment. You agree to pay the full subscription fee for the entire 12-month period at the time of purchase.

2. Auto-Renewal

• Your subscription will automatically renew each year at the current subscription rate unless you cancel it prior to the renewal date. You will be notified of any price changes before your next billing cycle.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, once you have paid for the annual subscription, the payment is non-refundable, and you will not be eligible for a refund if you choose to cancel before the end of the term.

• After cancellation, you will continue to have access to the subscription services for the remainder of the current billing period but will not be refunded for any unused portion.

4. Access to Services

• Your subscription grants you access to your business profile with features like: reply to reviews & engage with clients, updating and editing your profile contact, photo, logo and description. One account/email can subscribe for only one logistics providers profile. No multiple profiles can be managed under the same email. You agree to use these services only in compliance with all applicable laws and these Terms.

5. Changes to the Subscription

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the subscription services at our discretion. You will be notified in advance of any material changes to the services or the subscription price.

6. Account Termination
