To protect companies from unauthorized access, only the following individuals may claim ownership of a company profile on CargoAdvisor:

• Business Owner
• CEO
• Managing Director
• Marketing or Administrative Personnel with written authorization from one of the roles listed above

If you are not the owner or legal representative but have been designated to manage the company’s presence on CargoAdvisor, you must upload a signed authorization form.
